Life in the Partnerships team is fun but fast paced - it’s important we work quickly and effectively to deliver and provide solutions Things you could be up to in this role include:
- Support new and existing partners across our Discounts and Cashback product.
- Be the key point of contact for your partners, leading with a key strategic global partner you will be responsible for.
- Project manage new country deployments, by liaising with the Benefex sales teams to prioritise where resources should be committed.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are kept informed of new deployments. Raising any concerns or barriers in a timely manner
- Manage the external communications for all countries you support (typically these are newsletters sent to individuals)
- Identify, onboard and negotiate commercial terms with new partners (direct or through affiliate channel), with a focus in UK, ROI, USA and India.
- As part of a wider team, feed into the overall communications plan for key territories
- Update internal stakeholders across the business on any issues with affiliate or partner payments.
- Ability to create ad hoc MI packs/presentations to support strategic growth conversations for your partners.
- Ability to use own initiative to strengthen provider relationships and their offers.
- Support internal stakeholders with partnership queries and escalations

- Even better if you have basic/beginner Graphic Design experience

While this role will be worked predominantly on a remote or hybrid basis, we are looking for someone who is able to attend the Southampton office on a monthly basis as a minimum.
