**Job Title**

E-Commerce Head of Logistics

**Reporting To**

General Manager

**Responsible for**:
The success of our fulfilment centres and shipping division.

Global E-Commerce Experts provide an end to end solution for e-commerce brands expanding to Europe and the UK. A full time and permanent position for a Head of Logistics at a rapidly growing E-Commerce company is now available for an enthusiastic and talented individual. **Key Objectives**:
Drive, grow and enhance the Shipping and logistics Operation.

Oversee and manage rapid growth.

Lead warehouse managers from UK and oversee locations to reach maximum potential.

Deliver key objectives relating to the department as part of the company strategy.

Develop, streamline and integrated customer journey from the point of manufacturer to fulfilment.

Oversee our core objective relating to People, Vision, Profit.

**Key tasks and duties;**

Create a safe and compliant workspace across multiple sites.

Develop control and drive to ensure SOP are accurate and aligned with the company strategy and client demand.

Oversee and develop implementation of software and automation across all 3PL facilities.

Creation and integration of technology strategy implementation.

Relentlessly drive high standards to delight clients and comfortably exceed Service Level Expectations.

Create and champion data sets to analyse trends and drive informed decisions.

Create a modern digital solution for clients shipping requirements.

Ensure fluid system of transfer into and out of the EU.

Oversee customs and partnerships to ensure swift, fair and accurate movement of goods across borders.

Maximise the shipping opportunity both internally and externally.

**Skills and Experience**

Experienced and strong leader

Experience in E-Commerce fulfilment operations and associated tasks.

Management of warehouse and or shipping operations at a strategic level.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
