Partnership Support Advisor

We are looking for a Partnership Support Advisor on a 12 months fixed term contract to work with internal and external stakeholders and who will be focused on our travel agent partners, to ensure their bookings are fully compliant.

**The Role**

The role of the Partnership Support Advisor will involve corresponding by telephone and electronically with travel agents to ensure their adherence to data protection. You will need to build rapport and relationships through your communications and ensureyou are working efficiently and within a timely manner.

The Partnership Support Advisor will work directly with and assist the Sales Support & Systems Analyst to provide accurate data and progress reports to ensure clear insight and understanding around our travel agent’s behaviour, and what is required to overcomethe barriers preventing non-compliance.

Other key responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and system support to help travel agents with updating bookings that have missing data, always adhering to data protection.
- Maximise correspondence and use this as an opportunity to gain insight into the current barriers to completing data capture at the time of booking.
- Responsible for providing key business information ensuring travel agents are fully updated on current policies and procedures.
- Responsible for manipulating data reports and monitoring agent progress using this to provide a detailed insight into agent behaviour.
- Understand training requirements and provide travel agents with coaching and/or training, ensuring they fully understand the process of capturing booking data and the implications of not doing so.

**About You**

To be a successful Partnership Support Advisor you must have a strong customer-centric approach to all activities, be able to build rapport and relationships with our travel agent partners, work flexibly and under pressure, and be able to communicate inwriting and verbally with an eye for detail with 100% accuracy.

You should also be able to demonstrate that you are a competent user of the Microsoft Office products and in-house software packages.

This position has been levelled at CUK13 and is a 12 months fixed term contract.
