**We are seeking an experienced international recruitment professional to coordinate our agent network.**
As Agent Partnership Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive, effective and efficient coordination of the University of Southampton’s agent network in support of ambitious targets for international student recruitment in line with the University Strategy and International Strategic Plan. You will ensure that agent partners receive excellent customer service and that appropriate processes are in place to support this recruitment pipeline.
**About you**:
You’ll have experience of working with agent partners including coordinating agent commission processes and payments, collating and analysing data in support of agent reviews in conjunction with other colleagues, and supporting the implementation of regular training for agent partners.
