My client who are a leader in their field are looking for some Project and Programme Managers to join their team asap to get involved in an in depth Azure data migration project.

As part of your work you may be supporting their Security, Infrastructure & Platforms or User Focused Delivery Programmes.

You will take ownership for the delivery of the benefits - not just the delivery of the project. PM's need to ensure that they understand the business case, validate and build on assumptions, benefit cases, financials and risks and work closely with their stakeholdersto ensure the mandate for their project is delivered.
You will be managing a team of cross functional, globally dispersed resources to deliver against a plan. Resources in Infrastructure & Engineering are always working across multiple projects so its is imperative that you work collaboratively with specific teams,scrum masters, and portfolio office to ensure your work is well planned and fully executable.
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working on multi-stream sophisticated programmes of work.
- Experience planning and execution from initiation through delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrable history of coordinating cross-functional activities, establishing working relationships at all levels of the organisation to partner with and effectively connect with cross functional groups as required.
- managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently lead and engage the project team.
- A proven background of managing budget versus cost and resource across multiple teams
