We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled **Transformation Programme Manager**with experience of Childrens Services to be instrumental in driving the development and delivery of key programmes in a Childrens Services directorate transformation and across a defined set of interdependent projects for one of our local governmentclients based in London E16.
The **Transformation Programme Manager**will ultimately take responsibility for directly delivering the key assigned projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and the Transformation Programme Team; as well as drawing on resources froma wide-range of multi-disciplinary teams. Projects are centred on delivering better outcomes to local residents and working to ensure the financial sustainability of the client.
They will provide strategic direction and leadership on relevant programmes and projects and lead the programme encouraging innovation and supporting change.
- Experience of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder programmes using proven programme management techniques.
- Financial awareness and budget management experience.
- A proven track-record in shaping and leading transformation programmes preferably in the early intervention and prevention space.
- Experience of delivering projects that transform how organisations work in accordance with best practice methodologies.
- Experience of in service re-design, for which you will be able to evidence examples of working alongside colleagues and stakeholders to deliver change initiatives that benefit organisations, in addition to service users.
- Ability to use data, both quantitative and qualitative, to measure and analyse the performance of services, identifying key indicators that determine whether the development strategies implemented have been a success.
