We're supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.

They're seeking a Programme Manager / Delivery Lead with AI experience to support in an ongoing strategic AI programme for a client in the life science industry.

Tasks
  • Translate AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable delivery plans for senior individuals and executives ready to review
  • Drive governance and structure across each domain areas through consistent frameworks, reporting, and delivery standards
  • Oversee reporting and communications, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and value
Requirements
  • An independent consultant
  • Experience orchestrating AI programmes and/or projects - especially GenAI program delivery and data-driven initiatives
  • Large programme delivery experience, ideally with experience full-time at a consultancy
  • Nice-to-have: Pharma or life sciences industry experience
