National Project Manager – Security Systems
Location: Remote (national role with travel across UK sites)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Company Car + Benefits
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with opportunity to go permanent)

About the Role:
We’re working with a leading Facilities Management and Security Solutions provider delivering essential services across a major government contract.
They’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with in-depth technical knowledge of security systems — including CCTV, access control, alarms, compartmentation, and Gov Pass (Safe 03 & 04) — and a strong understanding of RIBA stages to oversee multiple projects nationwide.
This is a remote-based role with national travel to client sites as required. The position begins as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the intention to go permanent for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end security systems projects across government and commercial estates.
*
Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, alarms, and compartmentation systems.
*
Ensure projects align with RIBA stages and comply with Safe 03 & 04, Gov Pass, and relevant security standards.
*
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to meet programme milestones.
*
Manage budgets, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
*
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery and quality assurance.
Skills & Experience Required:
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within security systems, building services, or technical FM.
*
Strong working knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarms, and compartmentation.
*
Experience managing projects aligned to RIBA stages.
*
Understanding of Gov Pass, Safe 03, and Safe 04 compliance.
*
Background in government, defence, or high-security contracts (desirable).
*
Excellent organisational, stakeholder, and communication skills.
*
Willingness to travel nationally (vehicle provided).
*
Relevant qualifications in Security Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
