Senior Project Manager - Facilities Management

Central London | Up to £75,000 + Package | FM Projects | Progression to Head of Projects

We're working with a national Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of M&E and fabric projects across a portfolio of high-profile commercial buildings in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing projects division with a clear route into a Head of Projects role.

Role Overview:

Deliver a range of projects including HVAC replacements, asset lifecycle upgrades, and small-scale fit-outs.

Manage project lifecycle from scope and tender through to completion and handover.

Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.

Ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to high quality standards.

About You:

Strong experience delivering FM or M&E projects, ideally in commercial environments.

Background in managing HVAC, building services, or infrastructure works.

Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, margins, and project risks.

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant Technical Qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND, Prince2, Etc.) Preferred.
