**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** | **About the role**

As the Contracts Administrator you will manage the end-to-end service delivery process for local and global projects. Providing contract management support to our Service Delivery Managers, and work with internal teams to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients.

**As the Contracts Administrator, you will**:

- Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, service level agreements, and client expectations.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders and a wide variety of internal teams, to facilitate smooth and timely service delivery and contract administration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, service orders, invoices, payments, change requests, issues, risks, and performance reports.
- Monitor and report on the status and performance of service delivery and contracts, identifying and escalating any issues or risks that may affect the quality or timeliness of service delivery or contract fulfilment.
- Prepare reports and invoices for clients and management from our CRM.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** | **About you**

**The ideal Contracts Administrator will have**:

- A good understanding of the IT Industry, with at least one year of experience in service delivery, customer service, or project co-ordination in a similar industry/s
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Experience in using and understanding CRM systems
- A customer and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
