Office Angels are working with a leading company who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their established team due to expansion.

Role: Customer Service Administrator

Contract: Permanent | Full time working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

Location: Mansfield | Free parking

**Salary**: £19,500pa + 10% company bonus

**Duties**:

- The first point of contact for customers
- Account management duties including supporting an array of clients
- Listening to customer needs and suggesting appropriate services
- Up selling & cross selling
- Providing customer with quotations
- Keeping the CRM system updated at all times

What you will need to succeed:

- Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Excellent time management
- Previous experience working within customer service, administration or account managements would be beneficial
- This role may also suit you if you are at the start of your career looking to work for an award winning company
