As our Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the Admissions and Reception teams at our Wandsworth and Tooting sites and ensure a high quality, responsive and accurate service is provided to all customers.

Working alongside the Admissions Manager, you will ensure appropriate staffing and resources are in place to deliver a quality service and plan the yearly cycle of activity in Admissions, including briefing and/or training all staff who are involved in thefront-facing services. You will receive and evaluate feedback on the Admissions service, making recommendations for quality improvements and changes to the services to the Head of Admissions, and support the Student Services Manager in the review and updateof the written Health & Safety risk assessments and procedures.

This role would suit someone who has experience of successfully managing a customer service environment to include managing and leading a team. Your experience will include setting up, improving, and implementing services/administrative procedures and meanyou bring a high level of communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and adaptable, you will have good IT skills to include MS Excel and mail merge and be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritising duties for self and staff team.
