Admissions Recruitment Coordinator Join GEDU Global Education as an Admissions Recruitment Coordinator. Overview Department: Student RecruitmentLocation: GreenfordType of Contract: Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Track enquiries, applications, admissions data and manage student recruitment pipelines. Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students. Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, e‑mails and virtual platforms to engage and nurture leads. Offer information, advice and guidance on Student Finance and available financial support. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as required. Required Qualifications & Skills Sales acumen – identify the needs and goals of prospective students and recommend suitable programmes. Effective communication – in person, via phone, e‑mail and other platforms. Customer‑service skills – respond to enrolment enquiries promptly. Active listening – listen attentively to student needs and provide tailored support. Closing skills – guide students through enrolment and overcome objections to secure commitment. Time‑management – prioritise tasks and follow up with leads to meet recruitment goals. Goal orientation – set ambitious recruitment targets and achieve or exceed them. Resilience and persistence – maintain motivation in the face of rejection or challenges. Programme knowledge – deep knowledge of GBS programmes, admission requirements and career outcomes.
