Vision: Changing Lives through Education The Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to attract and enrol prospective students. You will utilise sales and communication skills to engage applicants, guide them through the admissions process, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What the Role Involves Track enquiries, applications, admissions data and manage student recruitment pipelines. Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students. Engage prospective students via phone calls, emails and virtual platforms to nurture leads. Offer information, advice and guidance on Student Finance and available financial support to address learning barriers. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as needed. About You Sales acumen – recommend suitable programmes and achieve enrolment targets. Communication skills – effectively communicate with prospective students through in‑person, phone, email and virtual channels. Customer service skills – provide exceptional service to address enquiries, concerns and needs. Active listening – listen attentively to students’ needs and respond with tailored solutions. Closing skills – guide students through the enrolment process and overcome objections to secure commitments. Time management – prioritise tasks, follow up with leads and meet recruitment goals within deadlines. Goal orientation – set ambitious targets and work diligently to exceed them. Resilience and persistence – maintain motivation to meet recruitment targets. Program knowledge – possess in‑depth knowledge of GBS programmes, admissions requirements and career outcomes.
