We are now hiring for a National Online School Admissions Coordinator within the partnerships and referrals team to support the rapid increase in student numbers.

£27,507-£30,113 per annum (TCES Salary Band 6), plus opportunities for increases based on appraisal cycle, company pension and employee benefits
Location:
TCES Central Services, Wimbledon
Contract & hours:
Permanent, 35 hours per week - Hybrid working available after a 6-month probation period (with a maximum of 2 days per week working from home)
Reporting to:
Partnerships Manager
The NOS Admissions Coordinator is a new role, created to support the sales and referrals team with a rapidly expanding number of enquiries, applications and consultations from parents and Local Authorities across the UK in desperate need of our online school for very complex young people.
This is a primarily administrative position, working with the Partnerships Manager and Admissions Officer to support across all areas of the referral process. The postholder must be able to balance multiple deadlines and priorities whilst working closely with multiple stakeholders, both internally (NOS Senior Leadership Team and onboarding team) and externally (Local Authorities, parents and schools).
The Admissions Coordinator will lead on timely processing of paperwork and provide timely, up-to-date information for funding parties and for internal departments, including finance for starter forms and invoicing. As well as leading on referral paperwork and updating both the CRM and MIS, they will work very closely with the Partnerships Manager, coordinating parent meetings and responding to requests for information, as well as feeding back on noticeable trends and developments across referrals received.
They will also be heavily involved in processing current NOS student referrals for our online Great Minds Therapy service. These will come out of the Annual Review process and through ongoing reports from the Clinical team.
NOS has grown rapidly over two years, and we only expect this exponential growth to continue. We expect the partnerships and admissions team to increase accordingly, so this is an exciting time to join a small team and grow with it as further opportunities arise.
