Business Development Manager – Hospitality & Pub Acquisition

About Us

ADLIN TRADING LTD is an independent hospitality company currently operating the Morton Arms, a thriving local pub in East Acton. We are entering a growth phase and seeking a Business Development Manager to support our expansion through the acquisition and management of new pub and bar sites across London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and modern financial strategy to help shape the future of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new pub and bar acquisition opportunities.

Conduct market, financial, and feasibility analysis to guide investment decisions.

Develop expansion models and funding proposals aligned with company goals.

Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords, breweries, and key partners.

Support digital and data-led approaches to financial planning and performance tracking.

Oversee project delivery from acquisition to operational launch.

Requirements

Degree-level education in business, finance, or hospitality (Master's preferred).

Exposure to or experience in managing high-volume hospitality operations.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.

Entrepreneurial approach with commitment to long-term company growth.

Eligibility to work in the UK.
