Selling Peninsulas consultancy services, helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff. In order to sell our award-winning services, we look for the following traits and experience in a Peninsula BDM: A structured sales approach, through preparation and planning each day, that are key to consistency in figures. Excellent Relationship building skills, having that ability to quickly build a rapport and trust with a business owner is crucial foundations for building long term engagement. Focused work ethic and motivation, ready and willing to leave no stone unturned. Adaptability to meet with a variety of industry sectors, we cover any sector. So this role will really open up your exposure to new industries. A professional approach to every new business interaction whether thats a phone call, in person meeting or networking at an event, Peninsula are proud of delivering the very best professional service to every one of our clients, and this starts with the very first introduction. A background in consultative field sales is essential. What's in it for you?
