Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to strategic growth initiatives and drive revenue through innovative sales strategies. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach programmes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and expand the organisation's client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives.
  • Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a similar industry.
  • Demonstrable success in generating new leads and closing deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, along with other CRM tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a strategic mindset focused on achieving targets and driving growth.
