Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Manchester, with some opportunities for remote work. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This includes managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, developing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
