H9 Human Resources Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client on their HR Business Partner vacancy, they are in the recycling industry.

This role is 5 days on site in both Manchester and Liverpool, brilliant for those who like an element of travel and a hands-on approach

They're offering a salary of £35,000 to £40,000.

You'd be reporting directly to the HR Manager.

Experience in working within a similar industry for at least 3 years would be ideal.

**You'll be required to**:

- Support the recruitment process
- Determine suitable salaries, remuneration and benchmarking
- Provide support for payroll requirements
- Performance management and review process
- Maintain systems
- Be up to date with employment law
- Support management with any HR issues
- Attendant and travel to all Company sites as required

**What's required from you**:

- A degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources or related fields.
- A working knowledge of employment law and human resource management practices
- Full clean driving licence
- IT skills
- A knowledge of Health & Safety rules and regulations
