Our client, a leader in the insurance industry are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC. The HR Business Partner will be working in support of strategic projects, specifically in relation to change programmes.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for reviewing organisation designs and the associated evolution of work in support of the Pillar strategy.

**Key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner;**
- Support the HRM/HRBP team in the delivery of HR solutions to support workforce change and delivery of key projects
- To provide general advice, coaching and support to managers on people management matters specifically in relation to projects.
- Partner appropriate projects with regards to change management programmes and restructures.
- Work with the HRM to identify, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives and track progress against plans on a range of projects across the organisation.
- Work with Reward team to support the Workday Benefits module roll out and provide HR insight and support on this key project.

**Key skills for the HR Business Partner;**
- Strong experience working in a business partner level role, in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience leading and delivering HR change/OD projects at a strategic level
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working on Reward/Benefits projects.
- CIPD Level 5.
