You'll own the strategy and execution across global databases, using Klaviyo and other tools to build best-in-class email automations, segments, and customer lifecycle journeys.This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and doer — someone who blends commercial thinking with creative execution, lives in the data, and knows how to turn insights into revenue.Main Accountabilities: Email Strategy & Campaign ExecutionDevelop and execute robust email and retention strategies to drive revenue and improve customer lifetime value.Own all lifecycle marketing including welcome flows, post-purchase, winback, and abandon cart.Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns for product launches, promotions, and reactivation efforts.Define segmentation strategy to ensure personalisation and high engagement across cohorts. Customer Retention & CRM OwnershipLead all reactivation, loyalty, and subscription schemes with clear revenue targets.Analyse retention performance across cohorts and channels to inform ongoing optimisation.Work closely with Growth Manager to ensure CRM efforts align with broader customer journey goals. Data & Performance OptimisationUse Klaviyo, GA, and other analytics tools to drive continual improvements to flows and campaigns.Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, send times, and targeting to improve open, click, and conversion rates.Deliver actionable insights with regular reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, creative, product, and customer experience teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.Brief in content and creative needs to support email execution (copy, design, assets).Build relationships with external tech partners, agencies, and platforms to stay ahead of trends.
