This role provides clear pathways for career advancement within our growing sales team. It is a full-time, office-based position (5 days a week) located at our office in Birmingham (B37 7HG).

Salary range: £33,000-36,000 On-Target Income, which means Annual base salary plus uncapped commission.

About the role

As a Junior B2B Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our sales team, dedicated to ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and satisfaction.

Your Day-To-Day

  • Manage renewal customer engagements
  • Focus on expanding the usage of current licenses, identifying opportunities to grow the customer footprint
  • Execute renewal strategies and training plans to meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to successfully close renewal deals
  • Build and nurture both short-term and long-term relationships with customers
  • Understand and manage customers enquiries around new requirements
  • Maintain a flexible outlook to accommodate diverse customer requests
  • Report directly to the Renewals Sales Manager

Skills and Expertise

  • At least 1 of year experience in an office-based sales role
  • Microsoft Office experience with presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Highly organised and results-driven
  • Self-driven and proactive in your approach
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to excel in dynamic and fast-changing environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence others, even without direct authority
  • As this is a permanent position, a full right to work in the UK is required

Preferred

  • Experience in software sales or renewals, familiarity with PTC solutions
