Service & Office Administrator

Location: Firow, Plymouth Avenue, Pinxton, NG16 6RA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Reports to: Jasmine Hardy / Mike Plant / Jason Lockett / Stacey Hou

About Us

Firow Vehicle Hire is a trusted name in commercial vehicle rental and fleet services. With a strong presence across the UK, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. We are now looking for a proactive and organised administrator to join our team at the Pinxton depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
  • Complete and upload timesheets and clock cards for weekly wages
  • Raise job cards and input data into the FM system – as required
  • Scan and file compliance documents accurately
  • Assist with vehicle breakdowns and tyre bookings
  • Manage onsite petty cash
  • Prepare job card packs for the workshop
  • Collate hire sheets, fuel receipts, and job cards for submission to our Cheshire Head Office.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven office experience and organisational ability
  • Proficient in word processing and general computer use
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Reliable timekeeping and attention to detail
