Customer Service Administrator

As an Office Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Sales & Customer Service Team and Pet Claims Team.
You should be organised and have a flexible approach as you will be completing a range of administration tasks across the teams.
You should be focused and self-motivated to achieve performance and quality targets while adhering to regulatory and business standards.
The position is an office-based role at our Grantham office and is therefore not suitable for remote or hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a range of administration tasks such as handling customer emails, filing and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Achieve monthly individual performance and quality objectives.
- Work collaboratively in team environment.
- Adhere to regulatory and business standards.
Full training is provided. Throughout the probationary period you will be required to meet development objectives to ensure you are making satisfactory progress.
Key skills required
- Customer focused with customer service administration experience.
- Good level of general education including qualifications in English and Maths.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry using a CRM system.
- Self-motivated to achieve performance targets.
- Professional and confident manner.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive 'can do' attitude.
