Office Administrator & Marketing Executive (LinkedIn-led)

Midland Commercial Cleaners has delivered exceptional industrial and commercial cleaning for 25+ years. We're looking for a dynamic Office Administrator & Marketing Executive to keep our operations running smoothly and drive pipeline growth—especially through LinkedIn.
What you'll do
Executive & Office Administration
Act as PA to the Directors: inbox, diaries, travel, meeting prep, follow-ups.
- Keep the office humming: calls, schedules, supplier coordination, document control.
- Create tidy, searchable systems for files, templates, policies and project docs.
Marketing & Growth (your superpower)
- Own our LinkedIn presence: plan a content calendar, write posts, create visuals, schedule, engage with prospects, and grow followers and reach.
- Lead generation on LinkedIn: identify target contacts, run connection/nurture sequences, book intro calls, and support tender/pipeline activity.
- Content creation: case studies, before/after project posts, short videos/reels, brochures, banners, and email campaigns (newsletters, offers, updates).
- Website & listings: keep pages current (services, accreditations, project wins), optimise copy and images, and ensure NAP details match across directories.
- Sales enablement: prepare proposals, decks and capability packs; maintain a clean CRM/pipeline; track leads from first contact to closed-won.
- Reporting: simple monthly dashboards on content performance, enquiries, conversion and ROI—turn insight into clear next steps.
What you'll bring
Proven experience in office administration and hands-on marketing (ideally B2B/field services or construction environments).
- LinkedIn expertise: you've grown company pages, created engaging posts, and used LinkedIn to open doors.
- Strong copywriting and eye for design (comfortable with Canva or similar).
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to clients and suppliers.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/email tools is a plus.
