About Us

I'm So Good is a fast-growing, family-run food manufacturing business. We create nutritious, ready-to-heat meals for NHS staff, key workers, and parents in hospitals. We're looking for an experienced Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.

The Role

You'll be the backbone of our office, helping with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll and staff contracts (HR responsibility)

  • Health & safety documentation and compliance

  • Orders, invoices, and basic accounts (finance responsibility)

  • General admin duties — emails, phone calls, scheduling, and record-keeping

This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide range of tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration, payroll, or HR

  • Knowledge of health & safety procedures

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general office software

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
