Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Nottingham. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, contributing significantly to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems and data entry tasks.
- Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Support financial processes through QuickBooks as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including data entry capabilities.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
