What's the job?

Reporting to the CFO, you will deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.

• You'll assist with managing operational finance functions embedded within our ANZ business  
• You'll prepare, analyse and report on key performance drivers including monthly KPI reporting  
• You'll construct cost-benefit analyses, business cases and associated metrics for new projects and business opportunities  
• You'll assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes for the ANZ business   
• You'll build appropriate budgeting and forecasting models for the overall region, by channel, partner and cost centre  
• You'll support the business through consolidated analytics, insights, gap analysis and commentary for management reporting to support the delivery of business targets and initiatives 

This is a 12-month max term contract based in our North Sydney office. 

And what are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance (or relevant field) with CA/CPA certification
• Demonstrated experience in reporting and budgeting a full P&L along with strong financial modelling & analytical skills  
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial aspects to non-financial stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with the ability to deliver actionable outcomes and work independently
• Advanced excel skills and intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills
