We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our mass retail and ecommerce partners in the Tabletop/Trading Card Game industry. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing account-specific strategies, and ensuring strong execution of brand and product initiatives across key retail channels. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, has strong retail relationship management skills, and an understanding of what it takes to manage premium collectable products.

What You'll Do:

Account Management & Sales Growth

Working with our distributor partners to service assigned key accounts: mass retail/convenience and e-commerce channels (e.g. JB Hi-Fi, Big W, Target, 7eleven, and Amazon).Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.Negotiate annual joint business plans, promotions, and product listings to maximize retail presence and profitability.Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities to optimize assortment, shelf placement, and promotional effectiveness.

Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders, including buyers, planners, and merchandising teams.Act as the "voice of the customer" internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, operations, finance, and product development).Represent the company at industry trade shows, buyer meetings, and key retail events.

Commercial Strategy

Manage product launches and exclusives in alignment with brand strategy and retail calendars.Analyze POS data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive fact-based recommendations.Report on KPIs, performance metrics, and competitor activity.Translate insights into actionable plans for sales growth and account development.

What You'll Bring: 

3+ years of key account management or national account management experience in consumer products, preferably within the collectibles/gaming/entertainment industries.Ability to manage large retail accounts (mass market and ecommerce experience highly desirable).Strong understanding of the tabletop or collectibles category and consumer behavior.Proven negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights.Highly organized, with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.Passion for gaming, collectibles, and pop culture is a strong plus.
