In this role, you'll dive deep into campaign performance, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness to deliver insights that shape strategy and drive measurable results. Working closely with marketing, digital, and commercial teams. You'll turn data into clear, actionable stories that make a real business impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead a small team of onshore and offshore analysts to ensure optimal business support and value creation where possible
• Ensure positive engagement of the team through development plans and other means
• Partner with the marketing analytics team to prioritise analytical requests and opportunities for optimization
• Inform the dashboard development roadmap by gathering requirements from marketing analytics team
• Inform new ways to cut data to narrate business performance aligned to stakeholder and business objectives
• Embed a regular way of working within the Performance Marketing analytics space to ensure data is being exploited to optimise marketing spend across the globe
• Partner with the Performance Marketing team to understand reporting and dashboard requirements

• Have excellent analytics skills and will have extensive experience working in a Marketing analytics role where large volumes of online/offline marketing data are being processed and analysed
• Extensive experience in advising in spend allocation and informing digital marketing strategies to commercial and financial stakeholders
• Understanding of data generated from digital marketing platforms and from marketing agencies
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics)
