THE ROLE:

In this role as a Senior Analyst, you will be tasked with joining a multi-disciplinary team that includes strategists, analysts, and solutions experts. The ideal Senior Analyst will be working closely with a primary client, but you will be allowed to work with numerous other clients.

The Senior Analyst will be:

  • Lead Analysts through several projects
  • Working on a large customer database
  • Using analytics to understand customer interaction
  • Build models and tools to use traditional and experimental techniques, including machine learning to gather insight
  • Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders
  • Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
  • It is essential that you have proven experience with managing agile digital services delivery, working alongside scrum masters and development teams, developing User Stories, non-functional requirements.
  • Any experience with using Jira and Confluence and their respective capabilities would be highly beneficial.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

An ideal Senior Analyst will have the following skills:

  • Experience working within digital or Marketing Agencies
  • Consistent commercial experience in predictive analytics such as modelling, clustering, CHAID etc.
  • Strong ability to use programming languages such as SQL and Python, R or SAS
  • Comfortable using Web Analytics and reporting on this data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
