What will the role involve?
• Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, embedding best practice in regulatory data and performance analysis
• Deliver KPI, assurance, and performance reporting for senior stakeholders and external audiences
• Develop dashboards, automate reporting, and provide market/sector analysis to support strategy
• Maintain and enhance the regulatory risk outlook, identifying emerging risks and opportunities
• Build strong relationships with operational teams to ensure evidence-based decision making
• Promote data quality and deliver compelling, evidence-led insights that influence outcomes
Who are we looking for? We're seeking individuals with:
• Experience in data and performance analysis, ideally with team leadership responsibilities
• Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex insights for senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver insights that shape strategic and operational decision making
• A collaborative, resilient mindset and confidence influencing at all levels
