Job Description:
Seeking a Head of Commercial to lead all revenue-generating functions—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—at a rapidly scaling health tech company. This pivotal role involves shaping and executing go-to-market strategy, building scalable revenue systems, and leading commercial teams to drive measurable business growth and customer impact. You'll report directly to the CEO and play a central role in the company's trajectory.

What you will do:

- Build and operationalize scalable commercial systems and processes to ensure predictable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior commercial leader with 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS/tech, covering sales, marketing, and CS.
- Proven ability to operationalize revenue growth, align GTM teams, and build scalable processes.
- Strategic, data-informed, and customer-centric leader thriving in fast-scaling, purpose-driven environments.
