  • You'll work directly with the Owner/Director,
    defining and implementing the broking strategy and contributing to the overall business plan.
  • You'll shape how the broking function evolves
    , technical oversight, standards & performance.
  • You'll still have hands-on influence with insurers and underwriters
    , maintaining and strengthening key relationships, negotiating terms, coverage and pricing.

What you will bring as a Head of Commercial Broking:

  • Strong UK commercial insurance background
  • Expertise across Commercial Combined & Property Owners
  • Solid broking experience
  • Leadership experience in a broking or placement function
  • CII qualified
