GENERAL MANAGER – CAMDEN VENUES (RESTAURANT + LATE-NIGHT BAR)

We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead one or both of our vibrant Camden venues; a late-night bar open until 2–2:30am and a restaurant & live-music venue with an energetic evening trade. If you're experienced, motivated, and ready to take on a challenge, this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a growing hospitality group.

About the Role

As GM, you'll take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, team leadership, guest experience, and revenue performance. You'll be the driving force that keeps the venues running smoothly, professionally, and profitably.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly experienced in restaurant and bar management, ideally in busy late-night settings
  • Comfortable managing one or two venues, switching between spaces as needed
  • Energetic, motivated, and passionate about hospitality
  • Diligent, organised, and consistently "on point" in all areas
  • A strong leader who sets the tone for professionalism and respect
  • Reliable, serious about standards, and capable of maintaining a top-tier guest experience
  • Skilled in staff management, hiring, training, and fostering a positive team culture
  • Confident with stock control, rota planning, compliance, health & safety, and financial reporting
  • Creative and proactive in driving sales, events, and new ideas
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, especially when the venue is buzzing

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing both the restaurant/live-music venue and the late-night bar (depending on rota/needs)
  • Managing a high-performing FOH and BOH team
  • Ensuring service excellence at all times
  • Delivering strong financial performance and cost control
  • Maintaining all licensing, compliance, and safety standards
  • Working closely with owners/operations to develop concepts, events, and promotions
  • Being the face of the venue; approachable, decisive, and dependable

Location: Camden, London

Hours: Full-time, includes evenings and late nights

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
