About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse supervisor / Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. This is a hands-on role involving goods handling, inventory management, and general operational support. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and materials
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
  • Prepare materials and tools for engineers, ensuring everything is ready for their scheduled jobs on a daily bases
  • Check engineers' tool bags and returned materials to ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition
  • Report any missing or damaged items to your supervisor immediately
  • Return and restock tools and unused materials brought back by engineers
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems
  • Assist with stocktake, audits, and routine inventory checks
  • Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organised, and safe place
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal team to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (training can be provided if required)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations role preferred
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable using inventory software or Microsoft Office tools
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude
