**Warehouse Assistants and Supervisor**

Event Concept is looking for Warehouse Assistants and a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Our Warehouse Assistants and Supervisor are an integral part of our warehouse operations. They form the basis of the team that supports the installations that we provide to clients on our Flagship events. From ensuring that stock is prepped and ready to load, to working in our prestigious venues.

Reporting into the Floral Studio Manager, roles will vary slightly depending on the warehouse the position is based within.

**Day to day activities**:

- Prepping and packing of floral equipment and furniture, varying from delicate glass to heavy furniture pieces
- Carefully loading packed jobs onto trucks
- Unpacking and cleaning of equipment, flagging damaged to equipment upon return
- Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment
- Compliance with security procedures and health & safety
- Ensuring warehouse areas and yard are kept a tidy and clearing away packing material and debris, including communal areas
- Housekeeping, maintaining cleanliness on floors and aisles, supporting supervisors to ensure shelves and areas are clean and tidy
- Carry out recycling and waste disposal
- Attending our venues for installations, strikes and ensuring that loads are delivered safely

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
