We're seeking a dynamic and experienced LiveOps Lead Product Manager to ignite our games with a constant stream of exciting content and engaging experiences. You'll be the architect of our Live Ops strategy, crafting a vibrant calendar of events, seasons, and promotions designed to surprise and delight our players while driving both engagement and monetization. This role is about running the game, optimizing the player's experience, and creating a constant sense of surprise and delight for our players.

Main Responsibilities

  • As a Live Ops Lead Product Manager within the NaturalMotion Racing team, you will be responsible for the live operations strategy, and roadmap for these features.
  • Working directly with the development team (designers, engineers, artists, and analysts), you will drive product improvements that increase player engagement, retention, and monetization. This includes:
  • Live Operations Strategy: Define and execute the overall Live Ops strategy focusing on player engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Calendar Leadership: Orchestrate a comprehensive Live Ops calendar, featuring seasons, events, promotions, and limited-time offers that captivate our players and keep them coming back for more.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze player data, monitor game performance, and identify opportunities to optimize events, offers, and rewards to maximize player engagement and monetization
  • Creative Ideation: Brainstorm fresh and innovative Live Ops concepts that excite and surprise our players, driving enthusiasm for our games
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Live Ops Product Managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, artists, analysts, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of the Live Ops calendar.
  • Player Communication: Develop and communicate Live Ops changes and vision to our players, actively engage the community on the product performance, and drive new ideas
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Product for NaturalMotion Racing, you will be a key member of the team's leadership group.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in product management with a strong demonstrable experience managing live game operations.
  • Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team – including those who do not directly report to you.
  • Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills. SQL querying abilities are a strong plus.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to present work to executive team.
  • A passion for creating fun and compelling user experiences.
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and give insight on industry and competitor trends.
  • Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects with dedicated teams.

We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role you will work 3 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
