London, Greater London, United Kingdom Aspora Full time £80,000 - £120,000 per year
About Aspora

People on the move deserve a bank that moves with them. Since 2022, Aspora has been building a borderless financial operating system that makes money as mobile and transparent as its users.

Backed by influential venture capitalists like Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, Hummingbird Ventures, Y Combinator & Global Founders Capital. We're a team of 75+ across India, the UK, the UAE, EU and the US, working with extreme ownership, radical candour, and an obsession with customer impact.

We celebrate builders who question assumptions, ship fast, and turn regulatory complexity into elegant solutions. If you're driven to redefine what global banking can be, we'd love to build the future with you.

About the Role

At Aspora, we're structuring our product team into autonomous pods, each led by a Lead Product Manager who acts as the "local CEO" for their domain. We've currently divided our charter into Engagement, Core Remittances, Banking, Investments, Lending, and New Bets.

We're seeking a Product leader who will take full ownership of creating and leading their product roadmap, driving day-to-day operations, overseeing execution, and proactively managing risks. From initial concept through launch and ongoing iterations, you'll lead cross-functional collaboration and serve as the primary point of accountability to the CEO.

You will essentially be a business owner responsible for the P&L of your product, your team's performance and any partnerships needed for your success. If you're passionate about creating impactful financial services products and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

  • Setting the roadmap, success metrics and team's goals for your workstream in alignment with Aspora's mission

  • Full ownership & accountability of your team's products and features from ideation through launch and iteration, while delivering high product velocity and quality

  • Conduct research and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product development and improvement

  • Establish and manage external partnerships with third parties critical to your product's success

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across internal teams

  • Having technical discussions with engineers & using analytics to guide product decisions, track performance metrics, and prioritize features effectively

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or consumer tech startups

  • Track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch

  • Strong sense for finding user insights and designing beautiful user experiences

  • Strong analytical skills and well versed with using SQL, BI tools and experimental design to make decisions

  • Manage a team of direct reports and run multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Why Join Aspora?

  • Shape the future of a global fintech platform and redefine banking for immigrants worldwide

  • Own high-impact products and see your work directly influence customer lives and business growth

  • Be part of an early-stage team where speed, innovation, and ownership are the norm

  • Work in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and growth

  • Collaborate with passionate individuals who are committed to building world-class products

  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and ESOPs aligned with Aspora's long-term vision
