Your new role
As CRM Manager, you will take ownership of all CRM activities and retention strategies. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven campaigns, managing segmentation, and optimising customer communications to enhance engagement and loyalty. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of CRM programs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing CRM systems and digital retention strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data
