Chris Davies Estate and Letting Agents are always searching for great people who are passionate about property and customer care.

Whether you are returning to the workplace or maybe new to the workplace after leaving education, a role/career within the property industry could be just the move you're looking for.

Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and customer service orientated with great listening skills and people skills to communicate effectively.

Living within the Vale of Glamorgan and having knowledge of the local area could be an advantage. The ability to adapt to new software (with in-house training) will be a prerequisite as will being able to closely follow strict systems and controls with an eye for detail.

The job can be tough but rewarding. There is no better day than handing keys over to a buyer – a buyer who you have communicated with, along with our seller, right from the first viewing of the property they went on to purchase

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) - Within 12 months of starting employment, all staff must become qualified with an A Level equivalent, fully-funded, Level 3 Award in the sale of residential property.

Training is provided from a Propertymark qualified line manager or company director.

***** Sales Negotiator at Barry Office – Part Time Position ****

3 days - 9am – 5:30pm (Wednesday and one other weekday)plus Saturday 9am - 4pm

(A 4 day working week may be considered)

Remuneration:

£13,442 rising to £14,000 upon passing industry exams.

15 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata

45 pence per mile business mileage allowance - clean licence and car essential

Comfortable air-conditioned offices and a great team

Please note that there is no commission, however performance related bonuses are available to enhance the basic salary.
