Salary: £35,000 per year (plus performance-based incentives)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm

(Monday and Tuesday are non-working days)

About the Role

Assured Electrical Solutions are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Executive based in Barry. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the region's leading electrical service providers, supporting homeowners and property managers with high-quality electrical work across South Wales.

You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, build and maintain client relationships, and play a key role in helping to drive company growth within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Thrive under pressure while consistently achieving sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage existing customer accounts when required
  • Work toward both individual and team sales goals
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments across the business
  • Show a strong commitment to driving company growth

Skills and Experience

  • Sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results
  • Positive, outgoing, and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
