About Us
Mazuma is a dynamic, innovative, and growing, accountancy subscription company looking for ambitious and hard-working Sales Executives to join our team. Our sales team are the driving force behind our ambitious growth plans and you will be a key player in growing our customer base and ensuring the success of our business.
We are looking for a highly proactive, motivated and results driven Sales Executives to join our growing telephone-based sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads and contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our accountancy services (don't worry if you don't know anything about accountancy, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more)
About the role:
- Identify and qualify potential new customers through outbound sales activities.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to respond to prospect enquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales records accurately in the CRM system (Salesforce)
About You:
As a Sales Executive you will have experience in sales, with a focus on selling technology products and services, or subscription-based services. You will possess:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, in an outbound sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of lead generation and prospecting
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Good written English skills
- A willingness to learn
