The Role

As a Sales & Account Manager, you'll be the face of Adapt Branding — developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

You'll have the freedom to grow your own accounts, supported by a passionate, friendly team and a company that values creativity, quality, and ambition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Understand client needs and create tailored merchandise solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and creative product ideas.
  • Oversee projects from enquiry to delivery, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality, timelines, and budgets.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date and manage client records.
  • Represent Adapt Branding at trade shows or client meetings when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in B2B sales or account management (experience in branded merchandise, print, or marketing is a plus).
  • A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Creative and proactive — someone who loves turning ideas into tangible results.
  • Motivated by success and passionate about delivering great service.
