Job Summary
This role is hybrid, with travel to our central London office once per week. There may also be occasional travel to client sites as required during project delivery.
As an Adoption and Change Consultant at Trustmarque, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of digital tools and transformation initiatives for our customers. You'll partner with stakeholders across industries to design and deliver tailored change management strategies that empower users and ensure technology delivers measurable value.
What makes the role exciting:
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a newly established Adoption and Change Practice. Working directly with the Practice Director, you'll have the chance to influence methodology development, build scalable frameworks, and make a lasting impact on how organisations embrace digital transformation.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and support change management and user adoption activities across customer engagements.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning strategies.
- Conduct change impact assessments, persona mapping, and readiness evaluations.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions to build user confidence and capability.
- Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams to align change and adoption activities.
- Measure and report on adoption success using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen and scale the Adoption and Change Practice.
You'll also:
- Support the development of reusable change management assets and delivery frameworks.
- Help build the practice's internal capability through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a champion for user experience and cultural change across Trustmarque's customer base.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Proven experience in change management and user adoption, ideally within digital transformation or Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering learning and development materials.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data to measure and guide adoption success.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Strong commitment to inclusive and user-centred approaches to change.
Bonus points:
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci).
- Experience working in consultancy or customer-facing delivery roles.
- Familiarity with data-driven reporting tools and techniques.
- A passion for driving digital transformation through people-focused change.
You will live and breathe our values - commitment, collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and inspiration.
