Role Overview:

As an AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant at Cognita Reply, you will help clients transition from AI experimentation to confident, scaled adoption. Based in London or Manchester with hybrid working, you'll design and deliver strategies, workshops, and training that empower organisations to unlock the full value of OpenAI technologies. Leveraging your consulting expertise, creativity, and curiosity, you will guide clients to implement AI in impactful and measurable ways, driving real transformation across their businesses. 

Responsibilities:

Facilitate impact workshops and conduct user interviews to identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities across the organisation.Design and deliver engaging training programmes, from foundational AI 101 sessions to advanced prompting and agent-building workshops, tailored to diverse user groups.Develop and implement toolkits, microsites, and adoption campaigns that support and accelerate AI adoption at scale.Provide expert support through drop-in clinics and coaching sessions, addressing user questions and fostering a culture of continuous learning.Build and manage ambassador networks and "train the trainer" programmes to embed AI capabilities across teams and ensure long-term adoption.Measure and analyse the real-world impact of AI initiatives using A/B testing, user surveys, and detailed ROI reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes and drive digital transformation.Continuously refine enablement materials and strategies based on user feedback and adoption metrics to maximise the value of AI integration.

About the Canddiate:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:1 classification, ideally in business, technology, or a related discipline.Proven experience in change management, digital adoption, or transformation consulting, with a strong understanding of organisational change processes.Expertise in designing and facilitating engaging workshops, and building rapport with stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds.Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to a variety of audiences.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI and technology concepts in clear, accessible language.Experience working with OpenAI tools, Copilots, or other LLM-powered platforms is highly desirable.Motivated to work with leading clients on pioneering OpenAI adoption projects within a consultancy culture that values ambition, collaboration, and a sense of fun.
