What You'll Do

As a Change & Communications Senior Coordinator within the Change and Communication Capability team in the Practice Area (PA) Chief Operating Officer organization, you will be responsible for strategizing, designing and executing high-impact internal communication to support the change and run the business agendas.

Working closely with the Change and Communications Director and PA leaders across PAs, BCG Vantage, and ECT, you will help shape and execute change management, communication and engagement strategies for high-priority efforts across Practice Areas.

Your role will be engaging and varied, you will:

  • Support and deliver end-to-end internal change and communications initiatives — from planning to execution — that align with BCG's priorities and the project's needs.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders across the firm to gather insights, align messaging, and ensure consistent communication.
  • Support coordination and execution of campaigns, events, and other engagement activities.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture, offering support to peers and mentoring junior colleagues when appropriate.
  • Track and analyze communications effectiveness and engagement metrics, recommending improvements where needed.

Your work will contribute directly to helping BCG's PAs navigate change, align teams,
and accelerate both run the business and change the business priorities.

You're good at

  • Designing Strategic Communication Initiatives: Developing and implementing communication strategies that are creative, align with organizational values, build transparency, and support employee engagement.
  • Change Management: Leading change management efforts with a focus on creating innovative approaches that increase adoption, impact, and engagement.
  • Influencing Leadership and Managing Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborating effectively with senior leaders, influencing outcomes beyond formal authority to drive alignment with communication goals.
  • Translating Complex Information into Clear Messages: Crafting high-quality, audience-focused content that conveys complex information through diverse formats (e.g., presentations, video, reference materials).
  • Facilitating Collaboration Across Teams: Gathering insights from various teams to produce communications that resonate with audiences across the organization.
  • Analyzing and Optimizing Engagement: Measuring and analyzing campaign success to continuously improve communication strategies, using data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Executing and Overseeing Projects: Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely project delivery, with an emphasis on high-quality standards.

What You'll Bring

  • 4-6+ years relevant experience in communications, change management and project management
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Ability to handle defined work area, process or smaller project with minimal guidance (sourcing, learning programs, etc.)
  • Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members
  • Excellent execution/ organizational/ communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical capabilities and out-the-box thinking techniques
  • Highly professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude
  • Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online and Excel
  • Knowledge of SFMC/Hubspot for email communications

As part of the Change and Transformation Capability team within the PA COO organization, aligning with PA M&O, ECT, Vantage, and Global Practice Management. You'll join a team dedicated to driving transformational change that aligns with run the business and change the business goals, market readiness, and employee engagement. This role directly contributes to organizational success by developing initiatives that enhance communication, inspire engagement, and foster a positive and inclusive culture.
