The Senior Change Consultant plays a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working for our clients. This client-facing role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technology, job roles, and organisational structures, to drive sustainable transformation outcomes.
Working closely with client leadership, delivery teams, and our internal Change, Adoption & Learning practice, you will lead the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans that prepare, equip, and support individuals and teams through complex transformation.

• Conduct change impact assessments to capture all aspects of change — systems, processes, roles, skills, and technology.
• Partner with client leadership teams to drive consistent, positive messaging about the transformation, leveraging change networks to embed new ways of working.
• Design and implement communication and stakeholder engagement plans to build awareness, commitment, and capability across user groups.
• Develop engagement packs, communications, and materials that align with project objectives and reinforce the case for change.
• Collaborate with the training delivery team to ensure alignment between change, communications, and learning activities.
• Facilitate business process adoption with client process owners, supporting definition and rollout of new operating models and 'Day in the Life' scenarios.
• Lead business readiness assessments, interpret results, and adapt change plans and interventions accordingly.
• Coordinate hypercare and post-go-live user support (e.g., drop-in sessions, refresher training).
• Conduct post-go-live adoption and feedback surveys to track engagement and identify further improvement opportunities.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigations to the Project and Consultancy Change Manager, ensuring change deliverables are completed on time, to quality, and within budget.
• Minimum 4+ years' experience delivering organisational change management within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing change strategies for ERP or digital transformation programmes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Experience with AI-enabled change and adoption (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) desirable.
• Excellent project management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Change Management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG Pracitioner) preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Results-oriented, analytical thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing advisory environment advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving client environments.
What You'll Bring
You are passionate about helping people adapt and thrive through change. You bring curiosity, empathy, and structure to every engagement, building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You're comfortable working across complex programmes and enjoy translating strategy into practical, human-centred actions that make a difference day-to-day.
You'll demonstrate:
• A consultative mindset, balancing challenge with support.
• The ability to simplify complexity and make change relatable.
• Confidence in facilitating groups and driving meaningful conversations.
• A desire to continuously learn, share knowledge, and innovate.
