About the Role

Are you passionate about developing sales talent, driving performance, and helping people reach their potential?

We're looking for a Sales Coach to join our growing team at Expert Admin Services in Blackburn. You'll play a key role in improving sales performance through hands-on coaching, structured training, and ongoing performance analysis.

A core part of this role involves listening to live and recorded sales calls to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and provide constructive feedback that helps our sales advisors achieve consistent results and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes and workshops.
  • Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions to build confidence, communication, and selling techniques.
  • Listen to live and recorded calls to identify areas for improvement and coach accordingly.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against key sales metrics.
  • Provide actionable feedback and development plans to improve conversion and call quality.
  • Support management in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Run role-play sessions to enhance objection handling, product knowledge, and closing skills.
  • Promote a positive, motivated, and supportive team culture.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure alignment in training and performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or coaching role (preferably in a call centre or telesales environment).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and KPI management.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to analyse call performance and translate insights into improvement plans.
  • Adaptable and able to tailor coaching styles to different personalities and experience levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others succeed.
